Distiller's Notes:Perfectly ripened Niagara peaches are milled and pressed to produce a beautifully sweet and deeply aromatic juice. This fresh pressed juice is added to our 100% rye spirit and left to marry and mellow in stainless steel. After the peach juice and rye spirit have integrated, we sweeten with cane sugar and gently filter before bottling.
