Paddy is triple-distilled and matured in an oak cask for four to seven years. Appearing bright, light gold, its aromas of sweet orange, vanilla wafers and golden sultanas yield savoury flavours of toasted grain and malt. The finish merges toasted notes with a kiss of vanilla. Serve on the rocks paired with Dubliner Cheddar.
