Wine Description

The Lagar de Cervera Albariño 2022 presents a brilliant, pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The sensory profile is remarkably aromatic and fresh, featuring a complex nose of white fruit (pear and Golden Delicious apple), layered with sophisticated notes of apricot, lychee, and citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and "voluminous," showcasing a silky texture and a vibrant, well-integrated acidity. It is characterized by its long, persistent finish that reveals hints of salty minerality and white flowers. This 100% Albariño underwent extended aging on the lees with regular battonage to enhance its creamy mouthfeel and structural complexity.
