The JL Denois Brut Rose Pinot Noir is crafted in the Limoux region of Languedoc, France, specifically from high-altitude organic parcels in Roquetaillade. Jean-Louis Denois, a sixth-generation winemaker from a Champenois family, founded the estate in the 1980s and was a pioneer in introducing Pinot Noir to this specific terroir. His philosophy focuses on minimal intervention and 'methode traditionelle' techniques to produce world-class sparkling wines that rival those of Champagne at an accessible price point.

Wine Description

This 100% Pinot Noir sparkling rose displays a delicate salmon pink colour with a fine, long-lasting mousse. The nose is expressive and elegant, featuring aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, and peach, enriched by 'bakery' yeast notes and a touch of chalky minerality. On the palate, the wine is creamy yet refreshing, showing a firm structure with flavours of raspberry and light spice. It is balanced and dry, finished with a 7g/L dosage that ensures a clean, sweet finish without any bitter aftertaste.
