Since the first vines were planted in 2004, Gusbourne's unwavering vision has been to create the finest vintage-dated wines exclusively from their own vineyards. The winery's philosophy emphasizes a low-intervention and exacting craft, meticulously tending to the vines and employing whole-bunch pressing to yield only the finest juice, ensuring that the terroir is clearly reflected in every bottle. The estate's history dates back to 1410, and today, a modern goose crest (the 'Goosemark') on each bottle honours this heritage.
