Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin is crafted at The Shed Distillery, founded by PJ Rigney. The distillery is known for blending tradition with innovation, using exotic botanicals alongside Irish craftsmanship. This edition, created in collaboration with renowned Italian mixologist Bruno Vanzan, reflects a meeting of Irish distilling expertise and Italian flavour inspiration.

Gin Description

Crystal clear in appearance. On the nose, bright citrus zest is joined by sweet fig and fragrant laurel, supported by subtle Tuscan juniper. The palate is layered with grapefruit and fig, balanced by herbal complexity and classic oriental spice. The body is smooth and rounded, while the finish is clean, dry, and refreshing with lingering notes of laurel and fruit. This edition is composed of traditional Drumshanbo botanicals, oriental gunpowder tea, and the addition of Italian viola fig and laurel, showcasing freshness, balance, and depth.
