It is the legendary William "Big Bill" Mellor to whom this wine owes its name - he was not only a famous South African boxer and rugby captain, but also the first general manager of KWV over 100 years ago. Lovely blend offering red berries and chocolate on the nose, and dark cherries with notes of pepper and a touch of leather in the full flavours. Great with roast beef, ribs and steak.
