The Azimut Rosato is produced from Monastell and Garnacha. Using the traditional method, the same as that used in the production of Champagne, the wine was given a short period of time on the skins to draw out a delicate strawberry salmon hue.
The palate is dominated by vibrant red fruit notes and crunchy minerality. Given that this wine received no dosage of sugar, the finish is bone dry.
