The sensory profile is exceptionally aromatic and complex, featuring an intense nose of candied orange, lemon peel, and a signature touch of grapefruit. These citrus layers are supported by a spicy bouquet where liquorice, vanilla, and rhubarb stand out. On the palate, the vermouth is perfectly balanced, offering a harmonious interplay between its natural sweetness and a delicate acidity. It is characterized by a "fresh and slightly bitter" finish, with the persistent herbal notes of gentian, quassia, and wormwood (Artemisia).
